The screw cap BM provides optimum protection for metric and imperial threads with appropriate nuts and washers.
USE
For the threaded end of hexagon bolts conforming to ISO 4014/4017, DIN 7990, ASME B18.2.1 with hexagon nuts conforming to ISO 4032/4034, ASME B18.2.2 and washers conforming to ISO 7089/7090, DIN 7989, DIN 6917/6918.
For HV fittings conforming to EN 14399-4 and round nuts.
SECURE HOLD
The screw cap BM ensures a secure hold for every thread type. Regardless of profile or pitch, the thread cuts into the inside ridges of the cap during fitting. A firm, secure hold is therefore guaranteed.
DURABILITY
We using high-quality, recyclable materials in every case for our screw caps. Our standard colour is black, ensuring the UV stability of the cap and preventing premature damage or fading.
PROTECTION AGAINST DAMAGE AND INJURY:
In addition to safeguarding the bolt connection, our cap also protects your personal safety. It covers sharp edges to prevent any injuries.

Mounting
The screw cap BM is screwed onto the thread by hand or using a ring or hook spanner. All RADOLID protective caps can, in general, be reused and fitted several times.
