Production
We produce RADOLID protection caps not only with standard injection molding procedures – we also offer individual solutions where special procedures, as the two-components technic, come into use. Our professionally trained employees make sure the process- and product quality is according to our high standards. We regularly check our processes and machinery to stay up-to-date.
Development and Communication
Our customers’ demands vary, but our development and sales team have the profound and application-related know-how to advise the customer and implement the best solutions. Quick processed via EDI, an unbureaucratic organization and access to our own resources, such as our own tool shop, enable quick and ideal solutions.
Tool Shop
To implement new solutions and innovations the fastest way possible, we have our own in-house tool shop. Our experienced colleagues handle the complete lice-cycle of our tools – starting with the construction of the first experimental tool to the maintenance and repair of serial tools.
Warehouse
Our modern high-bay warehouse has around 2.000 storage places. Enough room to store our products ideally so we can immediately react to short-termed orders or call ups of our customers. Of course we also support Kanban-processes.
Quality
Our quality control checks every production process. With the help of CAQ-software processes can be monitored and documented automatically. We are familiar with PPAP processes. Our demand is the highest quality for our products – the ISO 9001 certification helps with that goal.
