DSW/ESW locking cap with elastic sealing lip
Type DSW and ESW locking caps have all the features and characteristics of the SW series. In addition, we also achieve an improved sealing effect with the cap here through a special 2-component injection moulding production process. This process involves manufacturing the sealing lip from a thermoplastic elastomer, an elastic rubbery material. The sealing lip is softer and more flexible as a result and adapts more effectively to the supporting surface, achieving an improved sealing effect.

DBM/EBM screw cap with elastic sealing lip
